​NOTE:  Your group may stay and play for as long as the farm is open, but your belongings must be completely removed from the party pavilion by the end of your time slot.​

Party Package - $349

  • $100 deposit required to reserve date/time

  • Includes admission for up to 30 Guests (Children and Adults), including birthday child.

  • Additional Child (age 2+) $12

  • Children under 2 do not count in the total

  • Wristbands will be provided for children and must be worn during the party

  • Includes 2 hours of reserved Party Pavilion space with 6 picnic tables

  • Play includes the following:

    • Jumbo Jumpers (jumpers should wear socks because it can get hot in the summer)

    • Cow Train (scheduled every hour)

    • Carousel (scheduled every hour, adults must accompany children under 42" tall)

    • Log Playground

    • Low Ropes Course

    • Barnyard Arcade, including Hi-Strikers

    • Barnyard Ball Zone

    • Cluck-A-Doodle Review

    • And much more!

  • Our parties are largely self-led, with helpful staff available to assist you at various activities. .

We will email you 1-2 weeks before your party.  At this time, you can order your food.

Add On Haywagon Ride ($75)

​Enjoy a private 20-minute hayride around our 200-acre farm following your party​.  Stops will be made depending on time.​

Note:  Your area under the pavilion must be emptied of all personal belonging before departing on your add on adventure to make room for the next party.

Frequently Asked Questions

 

What if it rains?  If light or passing showers are predicted, we can still operate.  If there is heavy rain or storms, the farm may need to close for everyone’s comfort and safety.  If the farm closes due to weather, you will be notified as soon as possible and your deposit will be refunded or we can re-schedule your party for another date.  If you’d like to cancel or reschedule your party due to an unfavorable weather forecast or any other reason, you must do so by 5 p.m. the day before.

 

Can I bring my own food? 
Yes, you may bring prepared food or have food delivered.  You may not bring grills or any other cooking devices.  You may also order from us at a discounted party price - we offer pizza (cheese or pepperoni), ice cream cups, and bottled water.

What age is a Sauchuk Farm birthday party for?
We find our birthday parties are most appropriate for children ages 3 - 10. 

​

Do I have to pay for adults attending the party?  

Yes, both adults and children (ages 3+) count towards your guest total.  Your package includes up to 30 people; additional guests can be added for a discounted party rate of $12 each.  Activities that adults enjoy include the carousel, cow train, barnyard arcade, hi-strikers, jumbo jumpers, and ball zone.
 

Is there a maximum number of guests allowed?  

Because the party is largely self-led, we do not have a set maximum number of guests.  We will be in touch before your party date and will request an approximate headcount so we can be prepared for your group.

Do you allow pets?
No.  Only service animals are allowed onto the property -- no exceptions!

​

Can I put up decorations?
Yes, you may put up decorations but you must take them down at the end of the party. It can also be very breezy on the farm.​

​

Can we stay longer than our reserved 2-hour pavilion time?

Yes!  You may continue to enjoy the farm activities up until closing time, which depends on the season.  You must, however, vacate your spot in the pavilion by the end of your designated time.

​

When can I arrive to set up my party space?  
You may arrive up to 20 minutes ahead of your scheduled party time.  You will have a designated block of tables under the pavilion where you can set up your cake, food, decorations, etc.

​

Are all of the fall activities open for birthday parties?  

Many are, but not all!  Some activities that are not available in the spring/summer are the corn maze, corn box, zip lines, gem mining, and destruction zone.
​

What forms of payment are accepted?
Parties must be reserved in advance online via credit card.  The balance due must be paid onsite prior to the beginning of the party with cash or credit card.  We do not accept personal checks.
