Is there anything better for a child than fun with friends and family in the great outdoors? Our 90-minute party package is designed to optimize your time at the farm. Your dedicated party attendant will make sure the kids have time to enjoy everything, leaving plenty of time for food and cake.

Note: We are currently booking parties for Spring 2024 (April through June). We do not have parties in July and August, because it is often too hot. We do not have fall parties, because they conflict with our corn maze.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if it rains? If passing showers are predicted, we can still operate. If heavy rain or storms are predicted, we may need to close for everyone’s comfort and safety. If you’d like to keep your party date despite a rainy forecast, we can move your party under cover and your party attendant will provide your children with indoor activities such as games and crafts instead of utilizing our outdoor activities. If you’d like to cancel or reschedule your party due to unfavorable weather, you must do so by 5 p.m. the day before or you will forfeit your deposit.
Can I bring my own food?
Sauchuk Farm will provide cheese pizza, ice cream cups, and water, but you are welcome to bring additional food, cake, and beverages. You may not bring grills or other cooking equipment. You may also have food delivered.
What age is a Sauchuk Farm birthday party for?
We find our birthday parties are most appropriate for children ages 3 - 12.
Do I have to pay for adults attending the party?
No, you do not have to pay for adults.
Can more than 15 children attend?
Yes. Your party package includes admission for up to 15 children (ages 2+), and additional children can be added for $15/each, up to a maximum of 20 children in total.
Do you allow pets?
No. Only service animals are allowed onto the property -- no exceptions!
Can I put up decorations?
Yes, you may put up decorations but you must take them down at the end of the party. It can also be very breezy on the farm.
How do I know what to do and when?
You will have a designated party coordinator available for your entire party. She will bring you to your scheduled activities and answer any questions you have.
Can we stay longer than the 90 minute party?
No. We are not open to the public during the spring and summer, so all activities will close down at the end of the party time slot.
When can I arrive to set up my party space?
You may arrive up to 20 minutes ahead of your scheduled party time. You will have a designated block of tables under the pavilion where you can set up your cake, food, decorations, etc.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Parties must be reserved in advance online via credit card. The balance due must be paid onsite prior to the beginning of the party with cash or credit card. We do not accept personal checks.
Note: Your area under the pavilion must be emptied of all personal belonging before departing on your add on adventure to make room for the next party.
Haywagon Ride ($50). Enjoy a private 20-minute hayride around our nearly 200-acre farm. The hayride will be narrated pointing out various crops and features of interest. Stops will be made depending on time.
O.K. Corral ($100). Do you like shooting foam balls at each other? It's a blast! This is only for the older kids, 48 inches or taller. The paintball markers are heavy and cannot be safely handled by smaller children. 20 minutes.
